Anyone can build you a page. The work that actually changes how a business runs is underneath it — the integrations, the workflows, the thing that fires at 2am when an order comes in. That is what we build, and we build the front end too so the two actually fit.

The rest of us get told to wait, or to wire together six tools designed for somebody else's problem. We build for the businesses that need it now — the practice, the restaurant, the retailer, the service company.

It has to work when nobody is watching.
Every system we build assumes we will be asleep when it runs. If a call comes in, it gets answered. If an API drops, it recovers. Reliability is not a feature we add later; it is most of the job.

Some things are a people problem wearing a technology costume. If automating something would make your business worse, we would rather say so on the first call than build it and watch it go wrong.
